A city of bustling tourists and coffee-stained business men, Kyoto is my new home. Known for it's temples, trees, and imperial history, the city is a mecca for Japanese history buffs and shrine seekers. It's historic streets and antique buildings offer the best of both traditional cuisine and modern shopping, along with a host of museums, statues, and parks.

Myself, I like the train station. It looks like it belongs in an anime about the 23rd century, as if at any moment a laser-toting mecha might spring from inside and tackle a seaborgium-mutated dinosaur. Sadly, this has never happened.
